Arrest Warrants used as IDs for Illegal Immigrants

It is hard to believe that arrest warrants issued to illegal immigrants are being used as IDs to board commercial flights and are being accepted by TSA for flights to anywhere in the United States.  According to Fox News’ reporters, Adam Shaw and Bill Melugen, TSA confirmed through their spokesperson that “For non-citizens and non-U.S. nationals who lack an acceptable form of ID to present at security checkpoints TSA may accept certain DHS issued forms including ICE form 1-200 (warrant for arrest of an alien).” The objection to this according to Senator Crapo states, “it violates the security of our immigration laws and the safety of law-abiding travelers.”

 Thankfully, Senators Marco Rubio, Jim Risch and Mike Crapo have introduced the “Strengthening Enforcement to Curtail Unlawful Risky Entrance to Flights Act of 2022”.  This Act will prevent Homeland Security and TSA from allowing illegal aliens to use immigration enforcement documents to board commercial flights.  TSA would be required instead to notify ICE, Customs and Border Control, or local law enforcement if an arrest warrant is used for identification purposes.

This is so non-sensical, how does anyone know who is coming through our borders? The real answer is…no one knows who is coming through our southern border.  This begs the question, “Why do we have open borders?” I believe that most Americans can figure that one out.
