Big Brother is Watching

Three recent events call to mind this Orwellian phrase regarding Big Brother, in a somewhat circular manner. When parents all over the country, whose school-aged children were being taught via the internet, parents saw with their own “lying eyes” the poor quality, the ineptitude, the materials (regarding gender identity, multiple genders from which to choose, sexuality to kindergartners, Critical Race Theory and so forth) they were aghast. This internet action did much to increase the population of private schools, religious schools, homeschooling, etc. Charter Schools are already “public” schools, in that the parents choose where their school tax dollars are dedicated. It seems as though when “Big Mama” is watching, things change.

We have had the current occupant of the White House perform at a below par level of competence since Day 1 of his term. Open Borders, high inflation due to increased spending and high interest rates, involvement in two wars, gasoline prices way up and depletion of our oil reserve, 20 – 30% increase in grocery prices, in green idiocy, men in women's sports – need I continue?

Some more attentive citizens were aware of this catastrophe, but mainstream media (MSM) was complicit in the massive cover-up. A big hand for CNN, lowest rated cable channel, for presenting the Debate between the Donald and Biden. The whole country saw (with their lying eyes) the status where Vegetable Man is functioning.

And the monumental failure of the Secret Service on July 13 to perform its job is the final event. One death and 2 major injuries were allowed a 20-year-old. Some citizens are actually considering a conspiracy as opposed to utter collapse of what seems to have been a competent agency until it chose to hire on the basis of DEI. Diversity, equality and inclusion as opposed to TEA Think, Evaluate, Assess. Hiring people under 6' tall, not having strength to carry a wounded human to safety is the most egregious choice. We do not have time nor space to list more.

What ever happened to meritocracy, to a time when heads would roll for less than this?

I am stumped. Maybe you can answer?
