Two Story Trump Statue Under Construction

According to Breitbart news on November 27th, the creation of a two-story-tall bronze statue of President-elect Donald Trump was commissioned by supporters after an assassination attempt during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13, 2024. The statue, crafted by Ohio artist Alan Cottrill, aims to capture Trump's defiant stance in the wake of the event, symbolized by his fist-pumping gesture despite being bloodied. Cottrill, known for his large-scale works, including a Thomas Edison statue in the U.S. Capitol, stated that this is his largest and most controversial project to date.

The statue is reportedly supported by crypto investors backing the project "$PATRIOT," citing Trump's pro-crypto policies as part of their motivation. After its planned unveiling at Trump's inauguration, the statue will tour the U.S. before finding a permanent home, potentially at the Trump Presidential Library or in Butler.

Additionally, Cottrill is creating ten smaller bronze statues as "Patriot Awards" to honor significant figures in the Make America Great Again movement. Read the full article.
